Q: Can you pick up my vehicle and bring it to your location?
A: Sorry, we do not offer vehicle transportation services at this time.

Q: How far in advance do I need to schedule an appointment?
A: Typically, we ask that you give us 3-5 business days to schedule
your vehicle for service

Q: May I drop my car off at your location to have it detailed?
A: Yes, if you make an appointment, we can detail your vehicle at our location.

Q: Are your services guaranteed?
A: Yes, our work is backed by a 100%
total customer satisfaction guarantee.

Q: What's your service area?
A: We provide service within a 30 mile
radius of Bowie, Maryland. Beyond that
we charge $2.00 per mile. Check
www.mapquest.com to see if you fall
within our service area.

Q: What forms of payment do
you accept?
A: We accept cash, check, and all four
major credit cards (Visa, MasterCard,
Discover, and American Express).

Q: How long do your details normally take to complete?
A: The time it takes to complete a detail depends on the level of service, how
difficult or easy the specific vehicle is to detail, and how dirty the vehicle is. The
following is an estimate of how long each of our details should take, however it is
best to plan for even extra time to ensure that we will have enough time to
provide you with our highest quality of service:

Premium: 4-8 Signature: 3-6 Basic: 1-4 Xpress: 1-2 hours

Sometimes we can complete a detail quicker, but we don't like to rush because it
can compromise our ability to complete a premium quality detail.

Q: I need a detail but my work schedule is hectic. Can you still help?
A. Yes, we can come to your home, office or whichever location you choose.

Q: Which forms of payment do you accept? A: We prefer cash, but personal checks,
credit and debit cards are accepted for services over $100.

Q: Do you offer discounts for multiple vehicles?
Sure. In fact...the more the merrier. If you can arrange to have them all parked in proximity to one
another...we can detail them all at once. Just be sure to let us know in advance.

Q: I've never used a professional detailer before. What are the benefits versus
washing my own vehicle?

A: Great question! Professional detailers are held to a higher standard. We have the product knowledge,
training and skills to clean your car safely and effectively. What differentiates us from other professional
detailers, is that we focus specifically on the needs of the customer. Instead of telling you what you
need...we listen to you, and make recommendations depending upon your expectations.
