Company Overview: It's extremely important that our customers understand how much we appreciate their business.
One of the ways that we try to accomplish that is through ongoing training. We want to ensure that employees at every level within our organization understands that we are not merely in the business of washing & cleaning cars- we're in the business of building professional relationships based on integrity, dependability and mutual respect.
We're a small company made up of individuals who are encouraged to think on a collective level. We strive to find creative solutions to the issues that we see in the field.

I began my career in business
more than 20 years ago. During
this time I steadily progressed up
the corporate ladder . Seeking
professional growth I sought and
acquired positions which would
allow me to contribute to the
success of my employer by
expanding my knowledge of
business principles, developing
my interpersonal skills and taking
on larger challenges. Over the
next 15 years I managed various
service teams in increasingly
complex, sales-oriented
environments. Along the way I
continued to sharpen my
communication skills, built a
rapport with clients and
developed a penchant for
providing service beyond
expectations.
As a hobby I had a passion for
cars, but never considered
Automotive Detailing as a
career choice. However, I was
an absolute fanatic about
keeping my own vehicles in
pristine condition. Friends joked
that I'd fight insomnia by getting
up in the middle of the night to
wash and wax my vehicles.
Eventually, people began asking
me to detail their cars...and I was
able to do that with the same
astonishing results. I became
known as the man who always
had "A Shine in Mind". Over the
years, as my knowledge of car
detailing expanded, my client
base grew in scope and
popularity. A network of loyal
customers extended to include
business owners, public officials,
and strangers who had been
referred through existing clients.
After years of cleaning cars as a
hobby I began to feel slightly
over extended. It was time to
make a choice...pursue what I
loved doing or stick with my day
job.
In 2007, with theencouragement
of relatives and friends I decided
to parlay my skill for maintaining
vehicles into a business, and
named it "Seasons Change, LLC".
A business is only as strong as its
ability to maintain loyal
customers. Our goal is to ensure
that each customer feels
valued, respected and
appreciated. We know that you
can go anywhere for soap and
suds, and thats why we want to
be different. Our bread and
butter is providing outstanding
service in conjunction with great
value so that we become your
first choice for all your
automotive detailing needs.
In closing, let me share a little bit
of my personal background with
you. I was born and raised in the
Washington Metropolitan area. I
remember how my brother and I
would get up early on Saturday
mornings and walk to the market
with my dad. There were several
markets within our immediate
area, and we did not have a car.
I always wondered why my dad
would get up at the crack of
dawn and walk for miles to get
some of the same produce
available in our local grocery
stores. Just didn't make sense.
We watched intently as my
father interacted with market
vendors. They were always very
personable, and took a
tremendous amount of pride in
what they were doing. Every
interaction began with a smile
and ended with, "Thank
You...Please Come Back Again."
Therein lie the answer: It was the
service! At an early age I learned
that providing service beyond
peoples' expectations could
give a business a significant
advantage over their
competition. And thats why its
important to me that we remain
focused on providing all clients
with an outstanding customer
experience.
Its not just how we do business. It
is our business. Shouldn't it be?
